Chicke will give your clothing new life on our resale rack. As a thank you - will will give you 10% off your next order. 

How it works: 

Send us at least 5 qualifying items and receive a 10% off discount code to Chicke! 

We are currently accepting gently used clothing from size newborn to 6y. We are accepting clothing from all brands that share our eco-friendly values. This includes brands sold at Chicke as well as others that use natural fibers, sustainable manufacturing process or small batch production. A list of exclusions is included below. 
What condition do the clothes need to be in?
Clothing must be in like new or gently used condition. Clothing should not have any stains, tears or significant pilling. 

What happens to the clothes that are sent back? 
Our goal is to give the clothes extra life through our resale rack. We will offer this clothing for sale at discounted prices in our store.  

Clothing that isn’t resold will be donated locally in Rochester, NY or responsibly recycled. 

How often can I participate? 
Clothing will be processed on a monthly basis. Discount codes will be sent once per month. You are eligible to receive one discount code per month and each discount code expires 30 days from the day you receive it. 

Discounts are not valid on Maileg, UPPAbaby or Doona. 

How do I begin?
Bring your items to our store!
Clothing can be brought in to our Pittsford location at 25 S Main Street during store hours. Clothing will NOT be processed on the spot and discount codes will be emailed. 
*Please bag all items in a paper bag. 

Exclusions - We are not currently accepting clothing from the following brands - Cat & Jack, Carters, Nike, Under Armor, Janie & Jack, Old Navy, Walmart. Clothing cannot depict any licensed characters and should be free of any large graphics or logos. Clothing qualifies for this program and the discount at our discretion.
